"Even as an amateur climber, I strive for the best and undergo intensive training to push my limits. It is common for climbers to exploit their joints, especially fingers, knees and ankles to perform complex movements. A year ago, I knew that there had been frequent pain in my knee joint yet I ignored it during my training. When I was performing the heel hook, I slipped and fell, breaking my ACL.
