Whether it's Chinese, Western, Japanese, or Korean restaurants, you can choose delicious and compliant foods according to the program principles.

4. Do I need to give up on certain foods to reach my health goals?

According to different health conditions, you may need to adjust your diet plans, and sometimes you may have to cut on food intake. However, Nutricure ensures that you won't feel hungry or bored of the options, since we provide favourable and adjustable food options according to your preferences.​

5. How to choose supplements?

For different issues, nutritional supplements can indeed help improve them. However, effective advice can only be provided after consulting a Nutricure nutritionist. Most supplements on the market are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies, involving chemical synthesis, and not all of them can be absorbed by the human body.
 

If your daily nutritional intake is limited due to lifestyle habits or work factors, or if you already have a chronic illness, Nutricure recommends selecting organic-certified supplements after a nutritional consultation. This ensures that the source and ingredients are non-genetically modified, guaranteeing optimal results!

6. How is Nutricure different from other nutritionists?

Seeing a nutritionist, creating a meal plan, and following that plan. This is the common practice of nutritionists in the industry, but is it feasible to rely only on a meal plan? Without nutritionists, would you still follow a meal plan, or revert to your previous eating habits?
